How to make a return?

2. Pack the product - make sure that the returned goods are intact, with no signs of use. Attach the completed form and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) to the package.

Refund
Upon receipt of the package and verification of the condition of the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 days. The funds will go to the same account from which the payment was made.
